DESCRIPTION
Raising a baby doesn't come with a guidebook—but you don't have to figure it out alone.
NURTURE: Parent & Me is a supportive and enriching playgroup designed for parents and caregivers of babies ages 6–18 months. Led by an experienced parent coach, this six-week series combines expert guidance, meaningful discussion, and developmentally appropriate play to help you better understand your baby while building confidence in your parenting journey.
Whether you're navigating sleep challenges, introducing solids, encouraging communication, or simply wondering if what you're experiencing is normal, NURTURE provides a welcoming space to learn, connect, and grow alongside other families in the same season of life.
Each session includes a balance of education, play, and reflection, with rotating topics that never repeat.

✔️ Interpret your child's behavior through a developmental lens and discover strategies that support both of you

Open to one or both parents, caregivers, and support people. Age ranges are intended as guidelines—we encourage you to choose the session time that works best for your baby's schedule.
